T. Rowe Price, a leading global investment management firm, recently underwent a comprehensive brand refresh aimed at modernizing its visual identity. As part of this initiative, T. Rowe Price engaged the expertise of the Franc team to develop the motion graphics segment of the project.

The motion graphics package encompasses a wide range of elements, including logo animations, corner bugs, lower thirds, titles, transitions, graphs, and other variants. The team approached this project with great care, recognizing the importance of respecting the integrity of the redesigned T. Rowe Price logo while infusing it with dynamic motion.

The toolkit was designed with usability in mind, offering both After Effects and MOGRT (Motion Graphics Template) versions with built-in controls. These controls allowed users to update elements such as type on screen, choose backgrounds from a drop-down menu, adjust orientation, update animated charts and graphs with relevant data, and more. All this control is possible within video editing software and without the need to dive into the animation files themselves. This approach empowered the client's team to effortlessly incorporate the new brand into their video content while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
